It is our hope that you will become a member of the association as we continue to improve the education and knowledge of cross country and track & field coaches, to honor coaches for their accomplishments and to acknowledge athletes for their accomplishments. By joining this organization you are looking to create a unitied voice to improve UIL Policy for the sports of cross country and track & field coaches.We will work continuously with other cross country and track & field coaches to better themselves & give back to the area track and field programs. Our goal is to provide low cost coaches education through annual clinics, recognize the accomplishments of coaches that have come before us through our Hall of Honor, recognize student-athletes with scholarship support and to provide a network for the dissemination of track related information.
The Lone State Athletic Coaches Association would like to award a $500 scholarship to 1 deserving young man and 1 young woman who exemplifiesexcellence in cross country and track & field. This individual must meet the following criteria:
Graduating Senior Class
Must have a GPA of 2.5 or better
Must have taken SAT/ACT
Have been accepted i
